What we process
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. We process personal data only when you contact us (email, phone, Telegram) or book a call: your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to share.
Hosting
The site is served via Amazon Web Services (S3/CloudFront). AWS may process technical access data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and delivery purposes.
Call scheduling
Bookings are handled by Calendly LLC (USA) as a processor; data you enter there is additionally governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to respond to inquiries and prepare proposals (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the business relationship or as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP).
